The Nigh is End?

Well it took some time and effort for me to prise open the cover of this particular book. I had to soak the hinges overnight in ‘3in1’ and still ended up jumping up and down on the jemmy before the cover would budge. Was it really that long ago since I last updated the blog? Hell yeah…!

Slowly but surely…

It’s been a busy few weeks for me away from the tables, but I’m slowly easing myself back to the virtual felt. I’ve had plenty of time to think about the game and to do a bit of self-analysis.

Self-analysis is one of the most important aspects of your poker game.

Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop to look once in a while, you could miss it!

Bit of an ‘off the cuff’ meander through my thoughts today, as I sit here with ketchup smeared lips and sticky hot dog fingers.. Yummy..

Ok let’s talk about ‘fish and sharks’.

Not the kind that swim around in water or arrive on your plate with a wedge of lemon stuck on top, but the ‘fish’ that populate our online poker world.

For some reason the aquatic terms of fish and shark have been adopted by poker players to describe two kinds of players.
